UAE Ministerial decree 28/2010 & 7/2008

According to this law every newcomer to United Arab Emirates apply for resident visa must undergo a medical process through which if found scars on his/her lungs will be denied to issue fit medical certificate, He/she will issue a UNFIT medical certificate along with the Life Time Ban  in United Arab Emirates.

As per the law the causes of scars doesn’t matter for United Arab Emirates reason for issuing an UNFIT Medical certificate is merely scars on lungs whatever it appear from any reason UAE associates these scars with the TB Scars and Ban the person life time having such scars.

Banning those people having active TB coming to UAE is good and Banning those people having just scars and no active PTB Banning these people for Life Time is very Inhuman and out dated. There is too many advanced countries in Europe and rest part of the world warmly welcome those people with scars because their ruling is based on medical science findings not on the policy to get something by any means. Moreover the chances to get TB active for scaring person are the same as the normal person. Doctors Said.
