TB scars Ban in UAE is a platform for pooling and sharing thoughts about the TB Scars Ban policy UAE Ministerial decree 28/2010 and 7/2008.
There are too many people around the globe including laborers, office staff, parents and wives who are victims of this UAE’s Inhuman and outdates law.
The laborers – basically are from the countries like India, Pakistan, Iran, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka etc. having low level of Education and less intensity to imaginate the future – accepting the inhuman and outdated law of permanent ban with smile on their face at the hope that they will come back after the proper treatment of the disease, Alas! United Arab Emirates playing very Inhuman game with them by permanent ban for life just merely having scars (Please note that I am just considering about that persons ban who are banned with no active pulmononary TB just having scars on lungs which is may cause dust, smoking, polluted air, certain chemical or tuberculosis).
Secondly, the office services staffs are well educated and understand the situation well as compare to general labor – One who suffers from this situation gets some information about his/her medical history while stay at United Arab Emirates. Alas! United Arab Emirates banning inhumanly just for scars – awarded by permanent ban at the cost of leaving a job at home country. Meanwhile I thought that it is some sort of governmental agreement to check on brain drain.
Thirdly, the parents and the wives who want to stay in UAE with their loved ones – They feel tiresome process to get tourist/visit visa for certain time limit and then go back to homeland. To get rid from this they apply for the permanent residency holding validity of 2 Years or more got permanent ban as per this law instead for permanent residency.
Laborers hardy managed their financial resources to get visa for UAE for the attainment of sustainable living standard. The United Arab Emirates ban ruining all their hopes and let them enforce to live below that standard which they were already living. There are examples in my locality which I met them are facing such ban.
Office services staff on the dint of their savings managed to arrive at United Arab Emirates for better jobs to move from middle to upper class instead of job they got permanent ban for life from United Arab Emirates and landed back to their home country with story that no job have been found, job was found but not as per my standard, Company shutdown its business, homeland is better than other country, I missed my parents a lot etc. Alas! What to say to friends and close persons that what happened with me let say that I have disease which has no treatment in the world but surly I am well as you – what a fool’s paradise.
Findings jobs for these class is very hard and showing the experience of United Arab Emirates raised too many question for the person who is victim and such person normally respond them incorrectly to secure his/her social status.
The fact is that no employer will be ready for such person which have medical unfit from United Arab Emirates as the employer thinks that in developing countries that there must be a solid reason for ban of this person must have something wrong in his/her system harmful for others.
Moreover this situation is not only limited to the employers such also occur with their friends, Locality fellows and any other person to whom they communicate their true situation.
The only one person is neutral pulmonologist who understand the situation and make smile by listening permanent ban just for having scars on lungs.
One the other hand the parents, wives, fathers etc who suffered by this inhuman ban facing the very swear situation in the shape of permanent disqualifying to see their husbands, parents, Sons/daughters as they do before the Ministerial decree 28/2010 & 7/2008
There is only one life and no one have second chance to live, No one is as cruel to himself to attract a certain type of disease to spread into other nation. These are the people who just have scars on their lungs may or May not due to the reason of past TB history.
The strict implementation of Ministerial decree 28/2010 & 7/2008 shows that United Arab Emirates trying to achieve the healthy environment up to 101% on the cost of the persons that have just minor scars on their lungs or even having the history of past TB which is 100% cured as certified by the medical science that the person having history of TB (Lungs scars) and the normal person have same chances to get TB activate.
